Subprocessors
The categories of provider that process customer data on our behalf. Specific vendors are named as the service is deployed; this list is kept current with the infrastructure.
| Purpose | What it processes |
|---|---|
| Application hosting & database | Account, brand, and operational data; the isolated per-tenant store. |
| Authentication | Email addresses and sign-in; Google sign-in where you choose it. |
| Object storage & CDN | Generated media bytes. Reached only through short-lived signed URLs. |
| AI model providers | The prompts and brand inputs needed to generate a specific creative. Not used to train their models where we can contract that out. |
| Email delivery | Transactional mail: invitations, confirmations, notices. No marketing. |
| Payments | Billing details, handled by the payment processor. We do not store card numbers. |
